This Oc is by far not as generic, the color on the hair is a nice touch, but I would kind of like the eyes to take on a more natural shade of green. it just reminds me of wearing contacts, but if you really wanted them that way you could keep it. The clothes, they were draw nicely but sometimes is hood to take color them with a separate color, that way it offers a more exciting pallet and adds uniqueness to your character. (Though I'm not saying get rid of the plaid because that's a++, but remember I have the same problem with the shoes.) his scarf and flower crown are find, and the bracelets are too, all but the last one with the cloth at the end which doesn't make really go with the characters wardrobe or make sense... But that could just be me. The purse is also strange but, it's no real problem. Over all this oc has lots of potential and I think you can develope his personality so more than the classic emotionless tiny character. Try adding in quirks, like he has moments of lecturing other, but maybe other find this annoying or he could become super hyper around friends.
